Exchanges & Returns

We keep Exchanges & Returns Simple!

  • Return shipping costs to send your item back are on us for domestic Exchanges (within the USA)
         see below for International Return Requests
  • No restocking fees
  • Product can be gently tested
  • Please ensure at least 90 percent of the product remains (we have to discard the product, of course,
         but this is one way our supporters demonstrate regard for this friendly policy)
  • Product must be in the original packaging
  • You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
  • While we will give you a full refund or store credit for your product, unused or gently used, we are unable to
         refund original shipping costs
  • If you initiate a return, you forfeit any discount that you may have used— this includes loyalty points,
         percentage discounts, and limited-time free shipping codes
  • Exchanges and returns must be initiated through the Exchange & Return Center for US customers
  • Products returned when purchased with an eGift Card will receive store credit

What is non-refundable or not eligible for store credit?

  • Freebies, promotional items, samples, eGift Cards 
  • Product specified as final sale in the product description or product page
  • Products shipped back beyond the 30-day window
  • Omiana product purchased outside Omiana.com, from a retailer
  • Product damaged after being received in good condition
  • Partial Returns for Gift Sets or Bundles

Original Payment Credit

Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. (less any discounts applied on the order) Shipping is not included in refunds. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles. If payment was made with a gift card, a merchandise credit will be issued back to a new gift card and sent to you via email.

Exchanges Vs. Returns

EXCHANGES
U.S. customers may exchange full-size items free of charge (limited to 3 times over three months as you circle in on the perfect shade or formula) We pay the shipping back to Omiana within the U.S. for exchanges. You are responsible for the shipping to you each time. By using the 'Start Exchange or Return' link, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed almost instantaneously. Once an exchange is received & processed at our Exchanges/Returns department, a store credit will issued and emailed to you in the form of an electronic gift card. To redeem, log onto omiana.com and place a new order for the replacement product at your convenience. Use the gift card code to access your store credit at checkout.

RETURNS
If you do not want to exchange but would rather receive a refund, you pay the shipping back to Omiana. Simply follow the same steps as the exchange with the main difference being, once the return is received your account will be credited the price paid for the product minus the return shipping fee.

International/non-USA Exchanges & Returns

For International/non-USA exchanges or returns please request a return authorization (RA) from Customer Service through Omiana's Customer Service Center or email directly: info@omiana.com. Once an RA is issued via email, you are responsible for creating and paying for shipping label and mailing your product to the Exchanges & Returns Department.

Shipping Warranty

Peace of mind package protection for all of your orders is available. Select the Guardia1 shipping warranty option in your cart and you don't have to worry about what to do if your order is lost, stolen, or broken. 

Simple, easy & efficient! If packages are lost, damaged or stolen, Guardia1 agents work directly with customers to order a replacement. Simply visit this link to file a claim, and Guardia1 will replace your item(s). 

Once your claim has been submitted, a member of the Guardia1 team will coordinate with you to get a replacement order made for you within 24 hours.
